Son nom : Open Social Foundation. Il s’agit d’une entité à but non lucratif créée récemment par Google, Yahoo et MySpace. Elle poursuit l’objectif suivant : “The goal of the OpenSocial Foundation is to ensure the sustainable and open development of the OpenSocial initiative and related intellectual property.”
